It is important to keep up to date with communication from The Lowry Academy about your child's work, attendance and behaviour. We use Arbor to communicate with parents. The app and portal will allow parents to see features such as school timetables, live attendance updates and access to a student profile where you can review the student information we have in our systems.
To sign up please go to our Arbor site https://the-lowry-academy.uk.arbor.sc/ and click the ‘first time logging on’.
You will then receive an email with a link and instructions to complete your log on process. Please note, the email address you use must be the email address we have on file. If you have changed this recently then please let the school office know via Ask Lowry (ask.lowry@lowryacademy.org.uk).
Initially you will be able to have access to real time attendance, behaviour and timetable information alongside a student profile where you can check the details we have on our system. Once you have completed this process you will be able to download and use the Arbor App on your phone via the relevant App store.
